The process is easy. You send the picture that you would like on the front along with any wording and I will design it for you according to the event it will represent. For example memorial/funeral card, sweet 16, Mother's day gift cards, etc. You may also put a poem, or any wording you want on the back and I will design that also. A proof will be sent to you and we can change things or add things as needed.

If you need this item by a specific date message me first before purchasing and I would be happy to give you a date range that you should expect to receive this item. I will absolutely do my part and get your package to the post office on time but once the United States Postal Service has the item it is in their hands so I cannot be responsible if you do not receive your item on time due to late delivery or lost mail.

Due to the customization/personalization of the product there is no refunds.
